Delivery & Returns
We post all orders the same day or next day, depending upon what delivery option you have selected. For all deliveries going on a next day service, please make sure that you place your order before 3pm for same day despatch. We can also not guarantee delivery if you do not give us your phone number when ordering - this is important so the couriers can ring you if they are struggling with delivery.
Any order containing cans or airbrush propellent cannot be sent by royal mail. Instead choose UK Next Working Day delivery.
United Kingdom Options
Royal Mail 2nd Class: This is a 3 day delivery service sent via the Royal Mail. If you are not in for delivery the item will be left at your local Royal Mail collection centre where you can go and collect it or left with a neighbour, a note will be put through your door to make you aware of this. This option is available to the whole of the UK - that includes, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and all Channel and other off shore islands.
Royal Mail 1st Class: As above but faster. We aim to post all 1st class orders up to 4.30pm on the day they come in for a very fast service. This is not always possible and some may be posted the next day. Either way 1st class is a 1-2 day delivery. Including Saturday.
UK Next Working Day: A next working day signed for service available to all England, Wales & Scotland. Off Shore Islands and the Scottish Highlands will take about 3 days to arrive. This service excludes the Channel Islands. Our deliveries are taken by a selection of UK couriers who deliver next day about 95% of the time, however, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic delays we cannot always guarantee a next day service. Saturdays are not classed as a working day.
Northern Ireland Next Working Day: A next working day signed for service to Northern Ireland. Any of our products containing a propellant can, cannot be sent next day to Northern Ireland, and instead will go on a 2-3 day express service.
Europe Delivery Options
Europe Airmail: This is a 3-5 working day delivery to the whole of Europe sent by air. This service is with Royal Mail and therefor cannot be used for sending cans.
Republic of Ireland 2 Working Day: A 2 day (working day) signed for service to the Republic of Ireland.
Europe Express: A road service to all of mainland Europe. Transit time is usually 2 days - 6 days depending upon how far away from the UK you are. Import duty is also payable on goods being delivered to non EU Countries.

World Wide Delivery Options
World Wide Airmail: This is a 5-7 working day delivery to the rest of the world sent by air.
DHL International: We can send orders all over the World on an express airmail service by DHL. This option isn't available when ordering online, so please email us with your order and we can let you know how much delivery would cost.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order up to seven working days after receiving it.
In order to cancel the order we require written notification of your intent to cancel no later than seven days after the item has been received. This can be in the form of a fax, email or letter.
If you decide to cancel an order you must send the goods back along with clear information detailing who they were returned by. This information should include an order number, your name and contact details.
When cancelling an order you are responsible for the delivery cost incurred to return the goods.
In the event that a product does not do as stated a full refund will be offered. It will be Furniture Clinics decision whether the goods should be returned or not. If we ask for the goods to be returned we will cover the delivery costs.
If a product does not work because it was used on the wrong type of leather it was designed for you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred from cancelling or returning the order.
Products which are custom made, such a colour matched products, may not be subject to a refund. It will be Furniture Clinic's decision to issue a refund and the value of any refund given.
You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receiving it. If, after this time you wish to return the goods for a refund you must inform us in writing.
If you wish to return a product because you no longer desire the item you may be asked to cover the delivery costs associated with returning the item. The amount of the refund will be determined once Furniture Clinic is satisfied that the product is in good condition.
If you are returning a product because it has failed to do as it claims we may ask for proof of this failure. It will be at the discretion of Furniture Clinic whether to request return of the goods. If we ask for the goods to be returned we will cover the postage. If you send a product back to us without our request you would be expected to cover the postage charges.
If you find that a product is faulty or does not do as stated you have six months to let us know and we will issue a refund.
